Cash deals require 10% down payment (Purchase for 30-40% government tax credit) All PPA are free of charge (monthly no money down solar install) Customer(s) agree to solar install i.e. locked into solar install after permits are pulled there will be a 1 week notice before we apply for permits. (up to 1 month after signing doc(s))
